The Salone del Mobile in Milan, in 2015, thanks to its unusual location has drawn the attention away from the intoxicating excitements in the Tortona, Ventura and Lambrate areas, revealing the hidden treasures of Milan. Courtyards and historic buildings have been the scene of many presentations. Design, in the frame of the stately private residences, has acquired unprecedented dignity, showing its best side and revealing how old and new can, of course, live side by side. It has been a furnishing fair, but also site of places both special and unpredictable, as is the CLS architects studio housed in the former deconsecrated church of San Paolo Converso, which has been, exceptionally, opened to the public.
